On Caffeinated Drinks
Everyone LOVES those little guys, They might be that soda in your hand, or the tea that's brewing, or the coffee you had this morning. But there is a difference between caffeine and SUGAR. The healthiest slightly caffeinated drink for you is going to be the tea that your grandma makes out of tea bags, or that your next door neighbor steeps on a daily basis using a tea ball. Teas that you buy in stores, such as Nestea or AriZona are mostly made of sugar sugar sugar! Freshly brewed tea is VERY good for you, has caffeine in it, and best of all, has health benefits! Depending on what kind of tea you have, it could do anything from being energizing to curbing your appetite. A great place to find tea blends and information about teas and what they can do for you is this place called Teavana. Check it out!
